Account and registration

To verify your senadi account, we require an official photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license), a proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement), and a selfie holding your ID. Some users in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bandung may be asked for additional verification depending on local banking rules. Upload clear, readable images in PNG or JPG format. Verification usually completes within one business day, but may take longer during peak periods or holidays like Idul Fitri. Once verified, you can deposit and withdraw freely.

No. senadi allows one account per person. If we detect multiple accounts using the same phone number, email, ID document, or payment method, we will suspend all linked accounts. This protects both you and our platform from fraud and abuse. If you've forgotten your password or username, use the account recovery process on our login page instead of opening a new account. If you need to close your account permanently, contact support and we will help you through the closure process.

To request deletion of your personal data from senadi, email our support team with your account username and a clear request to delete your data. We will acknowledge your request within five business days. Permanent deletion of your personal information takes effect within 30 days, after which your account cannot be recovered. Note: senadi is required by law to retain certain transaction records for anti-money-laundering purposes, even after account deletion. We will explain what data we must keep when you submit your request.

Payments and transactions

To deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet on senadi, log into your account and select Deposit. Choose your e-wallet (mobile banking, local payment, or online payment), enter your amount, and click Proceed. You'll be redirected to your wallet's app or website to confirm the payment. Once confirmed, your deposit appears in your senadi account instantly. For e-wallet and mobile banking, the process is identical. If your deposit doesn't appear within two minutes, check your wallet's transaction history to confirm the payment went through. If the payment was deducted from your wallet but didn't reach senadi, contact support with your transaction ID and we'll investigate. Deposits are processed 24/7, including holidays like Idul Adha and Imlek.

senadi supports deposits starting from a minimal amount via all payment methods. E-wallets (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) typically allow deposits in common increments, while online payment scan-and-pay lets you enter any amount your bank supports. Bank transfers via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment virtual accounts are flexible and can accommodate larger deposits. Your payment provider or bank may impose its own limits, so check your wallet or bank's terms for maximum transfer sizes. If you're unsure about your payment method's limits, our support team can advise you before you deposit.

Games and markets

RTP stands for Return to Player. It's a percentage that shows, on average, how much a slot game returns to players over many spins. For example, a slot with returns 96 units for every 100 units wagered across all players over time. This is a long-term statistical average, not a guarantee for individual sessions. senadi's slot games — Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways — each have their own RTP, disclosed in the game's information panel before you play. Higher RTP does not mean higher odds of winning on your next spin; it describes mathematical probability over thousands of plays. As you accumulate points, you climb tiers (Brass, Silver, Gold, Platinum) and unlock benefits such as faster withdrawals, exclusive game access, and bonus offers. Points are earned automatically — no registration needed. Your tier resets periodically, usually monthly. Higher tiers offer perks during premium events like Liga 1 season finals or Piala Indonesia tournaments. You can view your current points and tier in your Account menu under Loyalty.
